Brook Wirral operates a free and confidential service for people aged 19 and under, offering sexual health screening, contraception, pregnancy testing, free condoms, and advice.

Clinic Location: Brook, 14 Whetstone Ln, Birkenhead CH41 2QR

Brook opening hours:

Monday to Thursday 3 pm - 6 pm 

Friday 3 pm - 5.30 pm 

Saturday 1.00 pm - 3.30 pm 

To book a telephone consultation, please call 0151 670 0177 when the clinic is open.

During your consultation, you will speak to one of our clinicians who will triage and assess your needs. You will then be provided with advice, signposted accordingly or we will make you a face-to-face appointment.

The team at Brook Wirral offer a specialised service for young people aged 13-19 and are based in Birkenhead town centre.

The building on Whetstone Lane is really easy to get to as most buses either pass or stop nearby. It's located close to McDonalds.

Firstly make sure you are well enough to attend.

  • new continuous cough
  • high temperature
  • a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste

You must not attend your appointment if you have any of the above symptoms.
