Telephone Consultations

Our website also has lots of information about STI’s and contraception choices so we always advise you have a look to see if you can get the information you need before booking an advice call.

If you book/request a telephone consultation with our service one of our highly skilled and knowledgeable clinical team will call you back. After a discussion with you they will assess whether advice is enough, they may signpost you elsewhere - or they may feel it is necessary to book you an appointment at clinic.

You can book a telephone consultation with a member of our clinical team by calling 0300 123 5474

The telephone call will come through to your chosen number as either unknown caller or a 200 number.

Phone lines are open 8am -6pm Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesday 8am - 2pm.

Urgent calls will be dealt with the same day. 

Our team will try and contact you twice.  If you do not answer either call, they will close the request and document your records.
