We introduced telephone consultations in 2018 for people who could just need advice or are unsure of whether they need to come into clinic. These have been really popular and it is great that we can offer the same level of expert help and support over the telephone saving many people a trip into clinic. Our website also has lots of information about STI’s and contraception choices so we always advise you have a look to see if you can get the information you need before booking an advice call.
If you book/request a telephone consultation with our service one of our highly skilled and knowledgeable clinical team will call you back. After a discussion with you they will assess whether advice is enough, they may signpost you elsewhere - or they may feel it is necessary to book you an appointment at clinic.
