This collaboration ensures you have seamless access to a wide range of services through our user-friendly online booking system.

Here’s how our online booking system works:

Set up an account: Click ‘sign in’, followed by ‘Register for an account’. Once registered you will have full access to our online booking system.
Book an appointment: Once you’re signed in, select "Book an appointment". Scroll down until you see the axess / Sexual Health Wirral logo

Complete the booking: You’ll be asked a series of questions about your symptoms and concerns (self-triage process) to help us understand your needs. Based on your responses, our system will recommend the most suitable service for you. Whether you need a consultation, testing, treatment, or advice, you'll be guided to the right specialist or service.
Confirm your appointment: After completing the self-triage, choose a time that suits you from the available options, and your appointment will be confirmed.
Confidential and secure: Your privacy is our top priority. All bookings are handled with the utmost confidentiality and security, ensuring that your personal information is fully protected.
